You've tried eating right. but your schedule makes it hard.
Gabby is a sports dietitian who coaches active women to eat in a way that actually fits their life:
their training schedule, their hormones, their ADHD brain.
No tracking apps, no cutting things out. Just a plan that works.
Gabby Barreto · MS, RD, CDN, CSSD · Sports Dietitian for Active Women & Moms
Restrictive dieting didn't fail you. It was never built for you.
You are not the problem. The plan was. Most nutrition programs assume you have a neurotypical brain,
steady hormones, and nothing going on between 12pm and 6pm. That is not you. It was never going to work.
Your ADHD brain was not in the room
Most programs assume steady motivation, regular meal times, and the ability to remember to eat. ADHD changes every single one of those assumptions.
Your hormones were not in the room either
Your cycle, sleep, and stress affect how hungry you are, how you recover, and how much energy you have, every single week. A generic plan ignores all of it.
It was just restriction with a different font
"Clean eating," "intuitive eating," "macro counting": most of it is still the same message. Eat less, be different. That is not a plan. That is a loop.
Coaching
Find yourself in one of these.
Every program is 1:1. Nothing is templated. Pick the one that sounds like you.
Your brain runs a thousand tabs. Your nutrition should keep up.
ADHD changes everything about how you eat. When you remember to eat. What you want when you are dysregulated.
How you feel an hour after the thing you were not supposed to eat. Gabby coaches around all of it.
Two clear moves at a time, built to actually stick.

Are you fueling your ADHD brain — or accidentally making it harder?
Most women score lower than they expect. Five questions and you'll know exactly which one thing is quietly making food hard — and it's rarely what you think.
Fueled & Locked InGetting ThereNeeds a Reset— where do you land?
No. We build flexible systems around real food and your actual life, not rules you quit after two weeks.
02
I have ADHD and I quit everything. Will this be different?
+
Yes, because it is built differently. Gabby coaches in small, clear moves with weekly accountability and real deadlines, because that is how the ADHD brain actually follows through. You are not starting over every Monday.
03
I train hard. Can you handle performance nutrition?
+
Yes. Gabby is a board-certified specialist in sports dietetics (CSSD). She fuels your training, recovery, and competition, not just your weight.
04
I have a complicated history with food. Is that okay?
+
Yes, and you are not alone in that. Gabby works with a non-diet approach and takes this seriously. We rebuild a real relationship with food, one that supports your strength, your cycle, and your peace of mind.
05
How does coaching actually happen?
+
Weekly 1:1 calls on Zoom, plus messaging support between sessions. Everything is remote, so it works around your training schedule, your job, and your life.
06
What happens on the call?
+
It is called the Fuel Audit. It is 60 minutes and it costs $250. We map what to eat and when around your real training week, and you get the whole plan in writing within 48 hours. It is yours to keep whatever you decide after. And if you go on to work with me, the $250 comes straight off your first month.

I think the biggest difference now is thatI really have a strong understanding of whatmy body needs to not only bein this phase of my life whereI'm trying to, you know, pursue a sustainable weight loss, but also whatmy body needs to feel good, especiallywhile I'm doing high-intensity exercise and workingfull-time and taking care of a family.I just have a morein-depth understanding of how to fuel mybody properly and that feels really important.
