PREGNANCY NUTRITION
What you eat during pregnancy matters more than the generic advice you're getting. This is where sports-science-level nutrition meets the reality of being pregnant.

Your doctor says one thing. Your app says another. Your mother-in-law says something else entirely. Sorting through it all while exhausted and nauseous is not a reasonable ask.
The standard advice — eat small frequent meals, focus on whole foods — assumes you can actually get food down without it coming back up. Nausea, food aversions, and exhaustion require a completely different approach.
You were training before pregnancy and want to keep moving. The generic prenatal nutrition advice doesn't account for a body that's also training. Your calorie and nutrient needs are different.
